The Mamaroneck Artists Guild announces the 15th Annual Open Juried Small Works Exhibition for 2019, juried by
Susan Eisner Eley. In the spring of 2006 she founded Susan Eley Fine Art as a salon-style gallery in a townhouse on Manhattan’s Upper West Side, focussing on contemporary art by emerging and mid-career artists. In addition to an active exhibition program, the Gallery participates in international art fairs in NYC, Miami, Houston, Silicon Valley and Toronto, and is active on several online platforms, including 1stDibs and Artsy. Eley has curated and juried several exhibitions off site, most recently jurying the Silvermine Arts Center’s Guild Group Show (2018). Eley has worked in public relations and education at the Morgan Library & Museum, the Mayor’s Art Commission of the City of New York and interned at the Peggy Guggenheim Collection in Venice, Italy. She is a former freelance editor and writer, who has written extensively on fine art and dance for national and regional publications, and as a blogger for the Huffington Post. Eley has a BA in Art History from Brown University and an MA in Visual Arts Administration from NYU.

Open to all artists 18 years and older, the exhibition will include work in any media or 3D completed since January 2016. Works may not exceed 15” in any direction, including frame or base. Prizes will be awarded by the juror at the Reception.
