About the instructor:

I am a New York artist, educator and arts advocate. Art as advocacy has always been essential to my work. I served on the boards of directors of both the New Rochelle Council on the Arts, NY, and the Clay Art Center in Port Chester, NY. Currently, I sit on the board of directors of the Lincoln Park Conservancy, Inc. I co-founded Media Loft, the only live/work condominium established for artists in Westchester County.

As an educator I continue to engage with art in the community by designing workshops for those who want to age creativity. I remain committed to the arts that I believe are an essential element of community action and development.
