Guidelines to Sign In

Show Dates: Nov 19 – Dec 24, 2025

Submission deadline: Nov 15, 2025

Drop off Dates: Mon, Nov 17, 12 – 5pm

Artists’ Holiday Reception: Sat, Dec 6, 3-6 pm

Pick-up Dates: Jan 2 & 3, 2026

All media accepted: painting, drawings, collage, printmaking, photography, 3D, and mixed media, fine crafts (jewelry, ceramics, glass, and fiber

Per Artist: 2D (1 piece) or 3D (1 piece) & Fine Crafts (up to 20 pieces)

*Holiday Boutique Items (Holiday gift items, small matted work, ornaments, jewelry, fiber, small ceramics, small glasswork, books, etc.). You do not have to be juried into any category for this.
All Boutique work MUST be registered on-line and tagged with artist’s initials, or code, a number, and price. Sign in sheet must indicate description of work.

Please register and pay on-line using the links provided. Make sure you use proper grammar and capitalizations. This will be your label information. Changes will not be made later.

• You must be juried in the 2D or 3D media you wish to exhibit.
• All media accepted: painting, drawing, collage, printmaking, photography, 3D, mixed media, ceramic, sculpture, fine crafts
• You can exhibit one 2D / 3D piece.
• 2D Size limit: 24″ in any direction
• 2D and 3D work will be shown on MAG website, boutique items will be shown at the gallery only
• All work will be for sale (60% to artists / 40% to MAG)
• Sign-in fees: $15 for 1 piece (2D or 3D); $15 for up to 20 fine crafts

Boutique Items (Holiday items, less expensive jewelry, fiber, small ceramics, small glasswork, etc.) You do not have to be juried into any category for this. All Boutique work MUST be registered on-line and tagged with artist’s initials, or code, a number, and price. Sign in sheet must indicate description of work.

• Each artist can exhibit up to 20 boutique pieces. Contact the gallery if you want to bring up to 20 items
• Sign in fee: $15 for up to 20 pieces for onsite holiday boutique

Steps to submit your work(s) for the show:

• Email the image (in jpeg format) to magemail2120@gmail.com with the subject 2025 Gift of Art Show.
• Image parameters: JPG file format | 1500 pixels on the longest side | Max file size 1MB | No frame/mat visible | Good lighting
